Choose a Theme
Select a theme that reflects your bride's personality and interests. This can include everything from decorations, activities, dress code and so much more. TikTok is our absolute go-to for theme inspo! 👯♀️
Determine a budget
Once you've agreed on a budget, it will make everything so much easier knowing everyone is comfortable with upcoming costs, and what they can commit to. If you're super organised, you could even share a Google Sheet with everyone to monitor costs.
Set your date & location
Co-ordinate with the whole party around dates to accommodate for childcare, existing holidays, diary clashes etc. Once you've locked it down, secure your venue! We've worked with some beautiful venues such as, HolidayatHome, who cover the Yorkshire region and who's homes are perfect for hen parties!
Plan your activities
Here's where we come in. A cocktail masterclass is a great activity if you're staying overnight somewhere. It's the perfect excuse to get everyone to know each other, make some delicious drinks, and get some Insta-worthly photos. You can find out more about our packages here. 🍋
Send out an itinery
Once you've got your activities booked, your dress code locked down, now id the time to send out an itinery to the hens. For an extra touch, you could even print them out and have them around your venue to keep everyone up to speed with the activities.
Await the big day!
Be sure to keep everyone updated with costs, timings, any last minute additions to the itinery, and ensure everyone has planned their travel.
